You might be wondering…

Who can participate in LEAD Auburn programs?

Any full-time Auburn University student is welcome to join! You don’t have to already be in a leadership role on campus to participate. We believe every student is a leader and that is not defined by a role. We want to help you feel confident to make an impact at Auburn in whatever way you dream. Different programs have different purposes, reach out to lead@auburn.edu and we can help match you to the one that fits you best.

What is the process for joining a team, and does it cost money to participate?

LEAD Auburn can accept any student for the program with only a sign-up, no application or interview is needed. You get to pick which team you are on, so you can select the time that fits best with your schedule. Our programs are free of cost to participants!

I don’t want to sign-up for a long-term program. What else can I do in LEAD Auburn?

LEAD Auburn offers many options for one-time leadership learning. This includes things like our Leadership Lunch & Learns held two to three times each semester, featuring relevant leadership topics and free lunch. We also host speaker events throughout the year and various retreats. All of these are open to any Auburn University student!

When can I get involved?

Our programs will have signups open throughout the summer and August to get started in the Fall.  Our one-time initiatives are open for RSVP throughout the year, and you can show up for all of them or only one! Keep an eye out on AUinvolve for our Leadership Lunch & Learns, retreats, and speaker events.

Why should I get involved with LEAD Auburn?

We believe that all students have the potential to be leaders on Auburn’s campus, and joining LEAD Auburn could be your first step in discovering your true leadership capabilities.
